The principal activity of the Company is to provide investment management services and ancillary financial services to professional clients. Results for the year The profit for the year, after taxation, amounted to £97,586 (2024: £32,965). Business review The Company generated income from management and performance fees in relation to its investment management activities and consulting fees. Future developments and outlook The Company intends to expand its investment management operations during the 2025/2026 financial year. It is continuing to develop and introduce new investment strategies to complement its established offerings. While assets under management in funds and managed accounts may be subject to short-term fluctuations, the Company believes there is potential for growth over the medium to long term. Any such growth is dependent on increasing diversification of strategies, further development of relationships with Appointed Representatives, and the continued progress of the Company’s fund platform based in the Cayman Islands. Regulatory capital (own funds) and liquidity The Company is an FCA-regulated investment firm and, as a Small and Non-Interconnected (SNI) MIFIDPRU investment firm, is required to maintain own funds at least equal to the higher of: 1- its permanent minimum capital requirement (MIFIDPRU 4.4); and 2- its fixed overheads requirement (MIFIDPRU 4.5). The directors confirm that the Company has met its regulatory own funds requirements throughout the year.
