During the year, our company continued to deliver activities that promote community wellbeing, reduce social isolation, and improve access to holistic support services. We provided a range of wellbeing activities, including meditation sessions, holistic therapies, retreats, workshops, and informal support for individuals seeking guidance or companionship. Our town centre shop and wellbeing centre remained a welcoming space where members of the community could drop in for advice, conversation, or to learn more about the services available. We continued to engage with local people through in-person activities, email communications, and social media, helping to raise awareness of wellbeing services and encourage community participation. We also worked alongside local charities and community organisations, offering support and collaborating where appropriate to benefit the wider community. Our focus remains on creating an inclusive, supportive environment for people of all ages, helping to improve wellbeing, strengthen community connections, and make holistic support more accessible.
