In accordance capital reduction demerger, executed on 1 April 2024, MSRR 2 Limited (formerly Yorkshire Gas and Power Limited ) no longer hold s shares in E E Solutions Limited and its subsidiary Eco Green Management Limited. The purpose of the capital reduction demerger was to separate the energy trading activities previously undertaken by MSRR 2 Limited from the energy supply business historically provided by its subsidiary Eco Green Management Limited. From 1 April 2024, MSRR 2 Limited, is a wholly owned subsidiary of MSRR 2 Holdings Limited (formerly Yorkshire Gas and Power Holdings Limited ) . The principal activity of the company continues to be that of an investment company, together with the provision of energy trading activities.
