Principal Activities The principal activities of the company during the year were the delivery of community-based services and programmes supporting children, young people, and families, in line with the company’s community interest objectives. Review of the Year During the financial year ended 31 March 2025, the company generated income of £31,195 from services provided. Total expenditure for the year amounted to £29,678, resulting in a surplus of £1,517 before tax. The company reduced its level of activity and ceased trading in August 2025. Future Developments This set of accounts represents the second final accounts of the company. The director intends to complete all statutory and tax obligations and then proceed with the closure of the company.
