‘For Men To Talk’ is a chance for men suffering with anxiety, depression and grief to talk with other fellow sufferers. Meetings: • 1 x Virtual Group Meeting per week. These are held every Wednesday, starting at 6pm. • 2 x Physical Group Meetings per month at Jones Cafe Bar in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. These are held on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month, starting at 6pm. • 1 x Physical Group Meeting per month at the Rising Sun in Potton, Bedfordshire. These are held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month, starting at 6pm. • 1 x Physical Group Meeting per month at the Roundabout Club in Sandy, Bedfordshire. These are held on the 4th Tuesday of every month, starting at 6pm. • 1 x Physical Group Meeting per month at the Gamlingay Eco Hub in Gamlingay, Cambridgeshire. These are held on the 1st Tuesday of every month, starting at 6pm. • 1 x Physical Group Meeting per month at St Neots Golf Club in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. These are held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month, starting at 6pm. • 1 x Group ‘For Men To Talk… and Walk - Biggleswade’ walking group meeting per month. This is held on the 2nd Sunday every month at 9.15am, starting from Jones’ Cafe in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. • 12 x Group ‘For Men To Talk… and Fish’ in Lower Caldecote per year on numerous dates at Manor Farm Fisheries. • 2 x ‘For Men To Talk about Autism’ meetings via zoom. These occur on the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month at 6pm. 'For Men To Talk about Autism' is specifically tailored for autistic men, men with autistic family members or men who are awaiting an autism diagnosis. It’s an inclusive and supportive environment for men to talk about autism together. • 2 x Physical Group Meetings per month at The Bigg Theatre in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. These are held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month, starting at 10:30am. • 2 x Group ‘For Men To Talk… and Walk - Hitchin’ walking group meetings per month. These are held on the 1st Thursday of every month, starting at 2pm. ‘For Men To Talk’ raises awareness of mental health by: • Encouraging men to undertake the four pillars of wellbeing, which are sleep, exercise, stress management and nutrition, to improve mental health. • Posting daily supportive social media quotes accompanied by a photo. This is designed to motivate and maintain positive mental health. • Providing safe, supportive and confidential environments where men can talk freely about their mental health illness. • Providing information recognising the symptoms of male cancers. • Keep the 'For Men To Talk' website updated, with continual updates. This includes blogs discussing various issues of mental health for men • Distributing a weekly newsletter
