Over the last 12 months we organised and delivered the following activities -Pensioners Coffee Mornings – opportunity for people feeling lonely to get together, have a chat over a cup of coffee and a biscuit. Exchange views on social matters, opportunity to share their life experiences. -We ran twice a week Lunch Club for older people and pensioners- these includes indoor games, hot meals, tea and coffee refreshment, up to 30 service users -We delivered food program to support people on low income. Through the program, we were able to assist 49 families, this alleviated their financial burden and reduced their stress. -We ran a weekly Physical Activities including Walking exercise and Yoga sessions for 30 service users that improve their mental and physical wellbeing. -Our volunteers Carried out outreach work-networking and liaising with vulnerable people and their Carers.
