Ecocem Gb Limited
The Company is engaged under an exclusive Sales & Distribution Agreement, with Ecocem Materials Limited (EML) and Ecocem France (EF), to sell bulk Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS) from the Ecocem Group's plants into Great Britain. EML and EF are the principals for the sales activity and thus take the lead responsibility for setting strategy and taking most of the financial risk and rewards for selling the GGBS product. In other words, Ecocem GB acts as a limited risk distributor. The following risks are shared by EML and EF: market risk (partly), GGBS supply risk, capacity risk, inventory risk, inflation risk, and product liability risk.
