These activities include: Guided cycling tours highlighting the natural beauty, culture, and heritage of Kent. Weekly free community rides to promote physical and mental health, social inclusion, and environmental awareness. School holiday adventure programmes for young people, fostering confidence, fitness, and social skills. Wild camping and outdoor adventure experiences, including kayaking, foraging, mindfulness, and trail running. Partnership work with other local CICs, schools, and community groups to expand access to healthy outdoor activities.
