Principal Activities of the Company Clarisen C.I.C. (formerly ScienceMamasHQ C.I.C.) is a community interest company whose principal activity is to provide science-based education, resources, and peer support to families on matters of nutrition, lifestyle, and long-term health. During the financial year, the company transitioned from a commercial enterprise to a dedicated community-interest model, formally incorporating as a C.I.C. in July 2024. Its activities are focused on: Developing and sharing accessible, evidence-based educational content. Building and nurturing a supportive online community for parents and caregivers. Co-creating practical tools, such as the RISe Framework, to help families navigate health information with clarity and confidence. Laying the strategic groundwork for scalable community-led health literacy initiatives. All activities are undertaken in fulfilment of the company's community interest objective to empower families with knowledge, reduce isolation, and improve health outcomes through education and connection.
