The Group’s core operations were carried out through its OpCo structure, which includes (i) shared SG&A services that support the property operations (PropCo), (ii) Otter, a technology business that provides software solutions to help restaurants manage delivery channels, optimize order flows, and issue fiscal receipts, and (iii) Future Foods, a virtual restaurant platform responsible for developing brands and menus. These activities spanned 82 legal entities across 35 countries as of 31 May 2024
