Chasing Prospects CIC

The principal activities of Chasing Prospects CIC during the financial year were the delivery of education, training and employment (ETE) workshops, targeted outreach, mentoring and wellbeing support for young people. The company’s work focused on engaging young people who are at risk of disengagement from education, unemployment, poor mental health, or involvement in negative peer networks. Activities included structured group workshops, 1-to-1 mentoring, outreach-based engagement and wellbeing-focused interventions designed to improve employability skills, confidence, emotional resilience and positive life choices. Chasing Prospects CIC worked in partnership with local authorities, education and training providers, and voluntary and community sector organisations to support young people’s progression into education, training, employment or sustained positive engagement with services. Throughout the financial year, the company supported over 250 young people, delivering community-based programmes that promoted personal development, wellbeing, and long-term employability outcomes while contributing to safer and more resilient communities. The company operated on a not-for-profit basis, with all activities aligned to its community interest objectives and reinvested to further its social impact.
