Change, Grow, Live Services Limited

The company undertakes contracts delivering a broad range of health and social care services encompassing physical health, mental health and emotional wellbeing. Service users include adults, young people and families seeking to overcome issues such as substance misuse, homelessness, social and economic deprivation, offending and domestic abuse. The company outsources the delivery of this work to Change Grow Live, its parent company and registered charity, at a value equal to income receivable under the terms of the service contract less a fee in line with the service agreement between the two organisations. Taxable profits made by the company are remitted to the parent by way of gift aid.
