The principal activity of the company during the year was sale of used vehicles, along with associated financing and value-added products. The directors present their directors' report and the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 July 2024. The Company operates from two sales sites located in Watford and Barnet, London. Health and safety The company is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for its employees and extending this responsibility to individuals affected by its activities. This includes compliance with the Environmental Protection Act and other relevant legislation. Each location is required to uphold the necessary organisation, procedures, and standards to implement this policy effectively. Results and dividends The profit for the year, after taxation, amounted to £1.5 million (2023/2022 - £602,097). Dividends paid during the year comprise an interim dividend in respect of the year ended 31 July 2024 of £141,750 (2023/2022: £22,500). Donations Charitable donations amounted to £6,933 (2023/2022: £nil). No donations were made to political parties (2023/2022: £nil) Post balance sheet events There have been no significant events affecting the Company since year end. Auditors RCI Audit and Assurance Services Ltd were appointed as auditor to the company and in accordance with section 485 of the Companies Act 2006, a resolution proposing that they be re-appointed will be put at a General Meeting.
