Directors' Report For the year ended 31 October 2025 Company: BY DAY DOT LTD Principal activity The principal activity of the company during the year was the retail sale of gifts, homeware and lifestyle products through online and pop-up retail channels. Business review This was the company's first year of trading. During the year the business focused on establishing its brand, developing supplier relationships, purchasing stock and building its online presence. Trading commenced during the period and the director invested significant personal funds to support the company's launch and ongoing operations. Results The results for the year are set out in the attached financial statements. Dividends No dividends were declared or paid during the year. Directors The director who served during the year was: Daisy Dorothy Amy Waterman Directors' responsibilities The director is responsible for preparing the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards, including FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime, where applicable. The director considers that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and has therefore prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.
