The principal activity of the company is to act as parent to the Bramble group of companies comprising Bramble Hub Limited, Bramble Accelerator Limited and Bramble People Limited. The principal activity of the group is the provision of information & communication technology goods, services and solutions -- and related management consultancy and other professional services -- to the UK public sector. The results of the group are fully disclosed in the attached profit and loss account. Bramble Effect Limited as parent undertaking receives dividends from subsidiaries and in turn pays dividends to shareholders. Its income from group companies during the period under review amounted to £307,500 (2016 - £634,110) and payment of dividends to shareholders amounted to £197,256 (2016 - £633,286).
