Auternative Coaching CIC

During the financial year, Auternative Coaching continued to provide one-to-one coaching support to autistic adults and parents/carers of autistic children, helping individuals build confidence, increase self-awareness and develop practical strategies to manage challenges in their daily lives. Alongside our direct work with clients, we invested significant time in continuing professional development, expanding our knowledge, skills and expertise in areas relevant to autism, coaching and neurodiversity. This investment will strengthen the quality of support we provide and help us develop new services and opportunities to reach more neurodivergent people and families in the future. Our directors remain fully committed to the organisation's social purpose and continue to explore ways to increase our reach, improve accessibility and maximise the positive impact of our work within the neurodivergent community.
