The directors do not envisage any change to the current principal activity of the Company. The Company's ultimate parent is Welcony Inc., which also owns Magstim Inc., a fellow subsidiary involved in the selling and distribution of the Company's products within the US market. Welcony Inc. also owns Technomed Engineering BV, a company whose main activity is the development, manufacture and selling of intraoperative nerve monitoring accessories.
