The Hive Alliance CIC

For this financial year (24/25), the Hive Alliance has had the privilege of having another year of meaningful community centred work by working collaboratively with our neurodiverse community. Our purpose is to ensure that individuals and families are never left to navigate complex systems alone. From personal budget allocations and PIP applications to accessing the right educational support for children across primary and secondary school, we stand alongside our neurodiverse community at some of the most stressful and consequential moments of their lives. The demand for our advocacy and guidance services has continued to grow, reflecting both the complexity of the various systems people have to navigate. We have supported individuals through the PIP application process and mandatory reconsiderations, helping people to articulate their needs clearly and confidently, and ensuring they receive the support they are entitled to. Our education support work has expanded, with more families seeking guidance on accessing provision for children with additional needs across both primary and secondary settings. We have worked hard to be a collaborative partner for families and individuals who often feel overwhelmed during these processes.
