The company’s stakeholders include individuals from ethnic minority, migrant, low-income, and marginalised backgrounds, early-stage entrepreneurs, young people, and community partners within Scotland and internationally. During the year: Over 250 participants attended conferences, training programmes, and community forums, providing feedback through surveys, questionnaires, and facilitated discussions. 25 individuals interested in social enterprise from African communities living in Scotland engaged in town halls and workshops to share insights and priorities. Feedback from 85 social entrepreneurs in the Social Enterprise Programme helped refine training content and support services. Informal consultation through partner meetings and community engagement ensured that programme design and delivery remained responsive to local needs and barriers. The directors review all feedback and use it to improve accessibility, relevance, and impact, ensuring activities continue to serve the community interest effectively.
