During the financial year, the Company advanced its mission to support Black women with developmental and learning disorders, as well as LGBTQ+ individuals, by delivering inclusive community initiatives aimed at reducing isolation and improving wellbeing. It hosted a series of structured in-person events, beginning in August 2024, creating safe and affirming spaces for connection through social sessions, creative workshops, and networking opportunities across London and later in Manchester. The Company also collaborated with Black and Being Essex (B.A.B.E) CIC on a specific Essex-based event, contributing to its outreach in that region. In total, it reached over 700 attendees in person and built an online community of more than 4,000 members. These efforts addressed a clear gap in provision for marginalised groups, fostering a sense of belonging, enhancing mental health, and improving overall quality of life through sustained peer support and community engagement.
