GIFTT Company this financial year of 2024 has progressively been active in the community. Providing weekly tots groups to the local community, enabling the local parents to access services providing social environment to groups of parents and children. We provide two groups per week for us to 30 families, which is based on a busy site at Digmoor parade . In addition to this we also provide HAF holiday care for the local community and disadvantaged children offering ring fenced places to disadvantaged children on school dinners. We provide hot and cold meals to the children snacks and refreshments to all who attend. This is in conjunction with the other care provision and a growing number of groups we are involved with to benefit the community. The project specializes in children’s overall wellbeing supporting and understanding their emotions and future self-development. The projects are supported and run by a group of qualified and trained staff and volunteers that provide play days and creative activities using purchased recourses and equipment to make this possible. This has currently benefited over 30 extra families this year and the 70 families in the previous year. We have a diverse group of parents from different backgrounds of the local community from Eastern European who can meet other parents with the same interests, this is a starting point for many families with young children. One of our new projects is that we provide space for the local fostering hub to provide stay and play services within the local community. We endeavor to provide an emphasis on well being, this coming year to support more parents and families with support.
