The principal activities of Acorah Software Products Limited (the "Company") comprise of the design, build, quality control, marketing, sales and support of software products under the TaxCalc brand. The year ended 31 March 2024 has been an extremely successful year for the Company with revenues increasing by 17% to £13,031k (2023: £11,179k). Growth was driven by customer acquisition across all demographics and incremental revenue generated from additional product sales to existing customers all underpinned by continued investment into new products whilst increasing features, benefits, functionality and integration within our existing product suite.
