Overview This report sets out the work carried out by Signing Network CIC between 1 August 2024 and 31 July 2025. Signing Network CIC is the management services arm of Leicester Deaf Centre, delivering specialist, BSL accessible services for Deaf people across Leicestershire and Warwickshire. All surplus generated through our activities is reinvested into services and projects that reduce inequality, improve access, and strengthen Deaf-led community infrastructure. The Centre continues to act as a safe, trusted hub where Deaf people can access support, information and social connection in British Sign Language (BSL). Core services delivered during the year: Letter translation and advocacy support Employment support through the Deaf Job Club Access to Work (AtW) case management Coordination of community groups, consultations and events Operational support to Leicester Deaf Action Group (LDAG) Administrative Support for iNet Interpreting Ltd and CWBSLI Ltd
