Family Forward CIC

Family Forward CIC supports families and individuals going through family separation and divorce, child arrangement matters, financial remedy matters, domestic abuse, and related family court proceedings. During the year ending 30 June 2025, the company provided practical support and guidance to help clients navigate the family court system. One-to-one mentoring and tailored support Guidance on court proceedings and potential court actions Assistance with organising and preparing court documents, statements and bundles Attendance at court hearings to take notes (subject to availability) Assistance with instructing barristers Delivery of workshops Emotional and pastoral support and social media outreach Services are prioritised for Kent and Medway residents but are available across England and Wales. Referrals are received from domestic abuse charities, school liaison officers, CAHMS, Early Help, the Refer Kent platform, social media and self-referrals. The company is not a crisis service but empathetically signposts clients with mental health concerns to appropriate specialist services.
