Eleva Services (UK) Limited

The principal activity of the Company is that of a corporate member and service company to its subsidiary, Eleva Capital LLP ('the LLP'). In this capacity the Company may be entitled to receive allocations of residual profits from the LLP. The LLP is a limited liability partnership, incorporated in England and Wales, whose principal activity in the year under review was the provision of investment management services and a service provider to Eleva Capital SAS ("SAS"), a company incorporated in Paris, France.
