Bnt Community CIC

The principal activity of BNT Community CIC during the period was to act as a not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to supporting, connecting, and elevating career professionals within the early years, childcare, and education sectors to help prevent burnout, exhaustion and poor mental health as well as providing members with training opportunities to invest in personal and professional development training and workshops. BNT fulfils its community interest purpose by hosting monthly wellness social events, networking opportunities, and structured Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training sessions. These initiatives are specifically designed to build a supportive, non judgmental and safe community, prevent occupational burnout, improve mental health and wellbeing, and enhance the overall skills and career development of early years educators, nannies, and domestic childcare workers. A key component of these activities includes the organization and delivery of our annual childcare, early years and wellness conference, NannyCON which is hosted every April and acts educators from all over the world over a weekend in London.
